About the Role:

As the Senior Product Designer at HubHive, you will be the driving force behind our product’s design vision. You’ll work closely with our Product Manager and engineering team to conceptualize and implement new features, ensuring they are user-friendly and aligned with our strategic goals. This role is ideal for a hands-on designer with leadership skills who is ready to take ownership of the design process, build and maintain our design system, and guide a junior UI/UX designer.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design Ownership: Lead the design of our platform, from ideation to implementation, ensuring that new features enhance the user experience and align with our product vision.
• Design System Development: Build and maintain a scalable design system that ensures consistency across the platform and supports the product as it grows.
• Mentorship: Provide guidance and mentorship to our junior UI/UX designer, fostering their growth and ensuring they contribute effectively to the team.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with the Product Manager and engineering team to ensure that designs are technically feasible and aligned with business objectives.
• Hands-On Design Work: Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs in Figma, and lead design reviews to ensure a high standard of design quality.
• Scalable Processes: Implement design workflows and processes that enhance efficiency and collaboration within the team.

Qualifications:

• Experience: 5+ years of experience in product design, with a strong portfolio showcasing your work in UI/UX design and design systems.
• Leadership Skills: Proven experience leading design projects and mentoring junior designers.
• Design System Expertise: Hands-on experience building and maintaining design systems for digital products.
• Proficiency in Figma: Strong command of Figma and other design tools, with a keen eye for detail and a passion for creating user-centered designs.
• Startup Mentality: Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment where you’ll need to be proactive, adaptable, and collaborative.
