The Role:

As a Front-end Developer, you will be at the forefront of creating the user interface of our discussions platform. Your role involves transforming our UI/UX designs into reality, ensuring a seamless and engaging user experience. Ideal candidates are those with a keen eye for detail and a passion for creating beautiful, efficient web applications.

Responsibilities:

• Develop new user-facing features with a focus on responsive design.
• Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs.
• Optimize application for maximum speed and scalability.
• Assure that all user input is validated before submitting to back-end.
• Collaborate with team members and stakeholders.

Qualifications:

• Proficient understanding of web markup, including HTML5, CSS3.
• Strong understanding of client-side scripting and JavaScript frameworks, including jQuery.
• Good understanding of advanced JavaScript libraries and frameworks, such as AngularJS, KnockoutJS, BackboneJS, ReactJS, or DurandalJS.
• Experience with asynchronous request handling, partial page updates, and AJAX.
• Familiarity with tools such as Gimp or Photoshop is a plus.
