We’re looking for a visionary Chief Technology Officer (CTO) to guide our technical strategy and execution, bringing our ambitious vision to life.

What You’ll Do:

• Lead with Vision: Craft and implement a cutting-edge tech strategy that aligns with our mission to strengthen community connections through a dynamic digital platform.
• Build and Inspire: Assemble and mentor a top-tier tech team. Your leadership will foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and growth.
• Drive Innovation: Navigate the forefront of technology, ensuring HubHive Connect is a leader in community-driven digital solutions.
• Collaborate and Influence: Work closely with our CEO and founders to align technological developments with business goals, ensuring seamless, impactful user experiences.
• Tech Vision and Strategy: Develop and finalize the technological roadmap for HubHive Connect, focusing on scalable architecture and efficient product development processes.
• Team Leadership: Assess the current tech team's capabilities, identify gaps, and initiate the hiring process for key roles, particularly a UI/UX Designer, to complement the existing developers.
• Data Architecture: Oversee the development of a robust database structure to accommodate the comprehensive data of NAFED members and other culinary businesses, ensuring smooth integration into the HubHive ecosystem.
• Product Development Kick-off: Collaborate closely with the development team to start building the foundational elements of the HubHive platform, ensuring the project is on track for a demonstrable prototype.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Work with the CEO and board members to align the technological vision with business objectives, ensuring transparency and setting the stage for the next phase of funding and development.
